What is an RSS Feed?
By: Michael Press
An RSS Feed allows you to view a website's updates, without actually visiting the website. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. There used to be a problem with the internet. If a website that you frequently visit was updated, you wouldn't know about the updates until you actually visited the website. If you wanted to see the updates of multiple websites, you would of have to visit each and every website. With RSS, you don't have to visit each and every website. Instead, you add the website's RSS Page URL to your RSS reader, and you can see the updates of mulitple web pages in just one viewing. Yahoo.com offers a free RSS reader on "My Yahoo", and there are many free RSS reader programs on available on the internet. If you see a button like this: An RSS Page isn't meant to be viewed in an internet browser like AOL or Internet Explorer. Instead, your RSS reader can read the programming language on that page, and display it for you in a nice looking way. To get updates from a website, just copy the URL of their RSS Feed Page, and add it to your RSS reader.
The RSS Feed URL for PassiveIncomeInfo.com is http://feeds.feedburner.com/PassiveincomeinfocomRssFeed
